“I am an architect enthusiast of art, design and gastronomy. I enjoy creating food scenarios, ephemeral projects, events and sensorial experiences. A curious soul conscious of caring for the environment and zero waste. 

I am creative, curious and an ingenious who likes mixing food with different skills and knowledge.

I love to travel, discover new cities and meet new people. In love with every culture and comprehending the need to unite my great passions and experiences, I created the concept "archicooktect = architect + cook", which includes any common aspect between space, light and senses. I started my own studio Archicookture, where I can use food as my main expression technique.

I like to create my own tableware and design food scenarios, events and sensorial experiences. A curious soul conscious of caring for the environment and zero waste.

Currently I find myself in between Lleida and Istanbul, keep looking to continue creating new food experiences around the world.”
